PROCESS STAGES:

1. PRINT PLACEMENT: We will set the print over dress shape in the CAD, e.g., Jacket, pants, jumpsuit etc.,

2. STRIKE OFF: A strike off (sample colors of all prints over swatch of fabric) is taken to verify the colors & details of prints over fabric is coming same as picture,

3. FINAL PRINTING: after color verification on fabric, final fabric is sent for printing,

4. CUTTING & STITCHING: Printed fabric goes into cutting as per Garment shape pattern, & then stitching.

5. FINISHING & QC: Here extra threads during stitching are cutted, finishing of garments are done & any defects are checked to make sure there are no defective pieces being sent,

6. PACKAGING: All garments are well ironed & packed into Poly bags.
